BUSINESS PROFILE

Maha Mas Medic Services Sdn Bhd (MAHAMAS) is the largest in private ambulance service provider in Malaysia. Founded in 2004 with one ambulance, we have grown to 25 units as the demand for our service grew, becoming a leader in this industry. The year 2020 marked our 16^th anniversary in the business. We have a broad range of services that can be tailored to suit customers' needs with nationwide coverage and proud to accommodate these noble causes to the society with our dedicated call center, ever ready operation workforce, and supported by a strong administration team. We have re-branding the ambulances and uniforms with our corporate identity of red in color, to spear us to work harder and strive for the best.

We provide a full range of ambulance based services including local and international medical transfer, as well as event standby service. We specialized in the on-site ambulance and medical standby for high-risk industry including construction and oil & gas. Our staff has undergone relevant courses that qualify them to work in such places. We offer rental and sales for selected pre-hospital care equipment as well as courses in first aid, health, and safety training for work, or first aid for everyday life. We also provide consultancy services for ambulance based services.

Our entrusted clients are from various government ministries and agencies, corporate sectors, MNC’s, GLC’s, and private medical centers, such as Youth And Sports Ministry, Health Ministry, Education Ministry, Bank Negara Malaysia, Sepang International Circuit, Astro Production Sdn Bhd, Media Prima Berhad, Sepang International Circuit Sdn Bhd, Bank Negara Berhad, Malaysian Airports Holdings Berhad, Desaru Development Holdings, Radifleet Sdn Bhd, Columbia Asia Hospitals, NXP Semiconductors, and KPJ Healthcare Berhad.

We have received various awards and recognition including Gold Award in the 8^th MOSPHA OSH National Awards, and SME Entrepreneurs Business Awards 2019 as the Most Recognized SME Private Ambulance Services. We are also very proud of being certified ISO 9001:2008 for five conservative years, the only one in the industry. As part of our CSR, we have tendered our services to a few charity groups, NGOs, religious institutions, and some major events with national interest such as a bronze sponsor for the 2017 Sea Games. We are proud of our achievements so far, nevertheless, we will not stop striving for better.

Moving forward, we want to keep growing dynamically to serve the needs and demands of our society. The vision for our 20^th anniversary is to transform ambulance services into a cashless system, expand our fleet for extensive nationwide coverage with a visible presence in all states, and implementing an integrated online booking system. We wish to penetrate into the government sector with an outsourcing model for their ambulance services. We will collaborate with strategic partners to accommodate the Medical Card market. Finally, we want to establish our very own Medical Centre. Our mission along the way is to be a trusted and reliable partner in pre-hospital and ambulance service for all.
